Modoco in Camps Bay is perfectly located directly opposite Camps Bay beach. The views are unrivalled and the beach and beach-side restaurants are conveniently located within a few minutes walk.

The apartment has been tastefully renovated with holiday rentals in mind, and all your needs have been anticipated, from USB port plugs for charging your devices through to a Nespresso machine in the kitchen to give you that early morning start.

An open-plan lounge and modern kitchen greet you on arrival. This area opens (via concertina doors that can stack away completely) onto a private balcony that overlooks the palm-lined beach and ocean.

The kitchen offers modern appliances, including double fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, while the cosy lounge is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style with glossy wooden flooring.

Crisp, white linen and simple, clean lines reflect the beach-house feel in the apartment’s two bedrooms. The ocean bedroom has a king-sized bed, ample cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The mountain bedroom has twin beds, which can be converted into a king sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath (and shower over the bath).

The parking is off street available on a first come first served basis This apartment has stairs from the entrance to the living & bedroom level The twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a King size bed on request. There is no housekeeping on public holidays. There is construction taking place nearby and it can be noisy at times.
