Kids Activities & Junior Ranger Course – Madikwe Game Reserve is renowned as an ideal place for children and families to safely enjoy the excitement of an authentic safari experience.
The Junior Ranger Course runs for two hours each morning, after the early game drive and breakfast. The programme is geared for children aged 5 to 10, but those under 5, if accompanied by an adult, are welcome to join the educational and entertaining activities.
Mini-game walks and through to archery are on the agenda and kids learn about culture and ecology. The importance of conservation is instilled in their minds and, once they have completed the course, children are presented with their very own certificate.
