De Waterkant has plenty of bars and restaurants, grocery stores and a yoga studio. The V and A Waterfront is only 5 minutes away and the Table Mountain Cable Car is 10 minutes away by car.

The pool deck is adjacent to the pool deck for Loader A and they are not completely private from each other. Parking is notoriously difficult in the De Waterkant. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use SUPERHOG to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
