The location is ideal for access to the oceanfront promenade, as is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and cafes, the Green Point Urban Park, and even the V&A Waterfront (about fifteen minutes). The popular beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are only a 5 minute drive and in the city centre, itself are many tourist attractions, markets and interesting sites.
