Victoria & Alfred Hotel, Cape Town

The Victoria and Alfred Hotel is a 5-Star hotel located in the V&A Waterfront of Cape Town. The luxury establishment offers charming colonial ambience in a converted warehouse with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Accommodation is offered in 94 exquisitely designed rooms, each one equipped with a satellite TV, en suite bathroom and a king-size bed with luxury cotton linen. Guests can arrange any number of activities in the waterfront and Cape Town through the hotel’s front desk. Artisanal meals are enjoyed courtesy of Ginja, the in-house restaurant. Alternatively, breakfast is offered to guests at the Queen Victoria Hotel if they booked on a bed and breakfast basis.

andBeyond Kirkman’s Kamp

The original home of Harry Kirkman, this 1920s restored South African homestead is a beautiful and serene accommodation, perfect for those looking for a relaxing holiday. The homestead comprises of 18 stylishly decorated suites that overlook the bushland and bank of the untouched Sand River. The rooms are spacious and lavishly decorated, giving off a 1920s ambiance, and come fully equipped. The lodge suites offer private verandahs that have a stunning view of the river and natural surrounds. Kirkman’s Kamp is set in the renowned Sabi Sands Game Reserve where a number of wild animals roam and animals grazing on the front lawn is a common sight and makes for a lovely view. Activities include exploring the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, and enjoying game drives, both day and night, as well as guided bush walks and leopard spotting.

Day 9 – 12

andBeyond Benguerra Island

andBeyond Benguerra Island is located in the Bazaruto Archipelago just off the coast of Mozambique. Sun, sea and sand all come together on Benguerra Island Lodge. Guests will be treated to accommodation in a selection of casinhas, cabanas and three Casa Familias ideal for families or touring groups. All of them feature four-poster beds and fully equipped bathrooms complete with generous bathtubs and al fresco showers. Guests who opt for the Casa Familia can enjoy a well appointed private garden complete with swimming pool and three en suite bedrooms. Cocktails can be enjoyed at the beach bar but a world of snorkeling, horse rides and boat cruises is a short walk from the lodge.

Day 13 – 15

Santorini Mozambique

Santorini Mozambique, commands panoramic bay views from its private, elevated position. Vilanculos is serviced by daily flights, with the Villa a 20 minute drive from Vilanculos International Airport. The Main Villa offers five sea-fronting, air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms, each with a private patio, which can accommodate 10 adults or alternatively, 8 adults and 6 children. The living area, comprising a lounge, TV room, ocean facing deck with martini pool, secluded patios, wind-protected courtyard pool and dining spaces are available.
