Let us organise your conference we specialise in the Eastern Cape and Garden Route. We are members of Port Elizabeth Conference Bureau and with our sister company "Eyethu" have organised numerous conferences, " conferences with a difference" and township activities. |

In the City of Port Elizabeth we have facilities for up to 2,000 delegates. The largest conference hall is at the University of Port Elizabeth which is located a few minutes from our base. We have the historic Feather Market Hall in the City Centre which accommodates up to 1,187 delegates and can offer banquets for up to 550. Our hotels have excellent facilities for 15-300 delegates. |

We specialise in Township Entertainment and have a number of excellent township venues that we utilise which are safe and give our guest a taste of the township. We also bring "The Township to the City" with Traditional Dancers, Township Jazz and Rhythm and Blues Singers who will perform at any of the conference locations. |

We are extremely fortunate to be located on the Indian Ocean a short drive to the Addo Elephant National Park and a little over an hour from the Tsitsikamma National Park and onwards to the Garden Route. We have endless opportunities to mix business with pleasure and to bring a conference to life with some adventurous activities and team building. |

We make things even more exciting by including the worlds highest bungy jump with a drop of 216 metres. We combine the adventure activities with first rate conference facilities. The Old Village Inn Storms River is a good example. It is designed as an original settler village with accommodation set out as period buildings. We can arrange boat trips to St Croix Island and hopefully spot a Bryde or Humpback whale, failing that you are assured of seeing the famous Port Elizabeth penguin colonies. We can also offer a night charter on "The Spirit of the Millennium" sailing boat which can include snacks or a full seafood buffet. We organise all our conferences on an individual basis and tailored to a clients individual need. We find international guests are more interested in our wildlife and recommend the conference facilities of the Eastern Cape Game Reserves for these clients.
