Gorah Elephant Camp

Pumba Private Game Reserve

Pumba Private Game Reserve is another of the amazing success stories of the Eastern Cape. Opening at end of January 2005 animals hunted to extinction in the 1800's have been returned to their natural environment.

Pumba is 105 km's from Port Elizabeth, a 1 hour drive, and covers 6,000 hectares and not only has the "Big Five" but numerous other animals including the near extinct white lion, and for bird lovers over 200 species.

River Bend Country Lodge

River Bend Lodge is situated within a 14 000 ha private concession area of the Addo Elephant National Park. 65 km's 50 minutes from Port Elizabeth.

Watch herds of Elephants feeding a short distance away, listen to the songs of some 250 bird species, enjoy a personalized game drive into the mountains and discover varying vegetation from thick forested valleys, open savannah plains to hillsides rich in Fynbos.
